We fully comply with the UK's Data Protection Act, particularly the Act of 2018, governs how personal data is collected, used, and stored by organizations, businesses, and government departments. It complements the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and provides a framework for data protection in the UK, including rights for individuals to access, rectify, and erase their data. 

Purpose of collecting data

Any data collected will be stored in a lock cabinet and will be destroyed once passed on to a counselling organizations, any data passed on to counselling o organisation or charities that offer counselling may deal with you date differently, incase of treats to themselves or anyone else we may pass on the data to local authorities
